& Custom Displays Ordering Information
- 95%
of our stock items are in stock and are normally shipped out
the same business day if ordered before 12:00 M-F.
- All
orders are shipped via FEDEX or UPS.
- We
accept Visa, MC, American Express & Discover credit cards.
- All
payments are due up front prior to shipment.
- Custom
or large projects normally take 3 - 4 weeks. A 50% deposit is
required at the time of order & the remaining balance is
due the date of shipment. No Exceptions!
- All
purchase orders that are faxed should be called in to verify
that we received it.
Return
Policy - Inspection of Customer Orders
- Please
open and inspect all boxes upon receipt immediately to make
sure there is no damage. Call our customer service department
within 5 days of receipt of product @ 1-866-550-0656 to report
any damage or product issues.
- All
products being returned MUST be pre-authorized
and issued an RMA #. Call our customer service deparment @ 1-866-550-0656
for return approval and RMA #.
- Each
returned order should be re-packaged and insured by you for
your protection.
- Customer
is responsible for the payment for the original shipment and
the return shipment. No exceptions!
- A
20% restocking fee is applied against all returned items.
- Items
must be returned within 15 days of ship date.
- Absolutely
NO returns are accepted on custom orders
with imprinting or custom box design.
