Label order must be placed prior to any type of artwork processing.
Artwork must be at least 300 DPI. Please do not submit huge DPI files.
Artwork must be 100% actual size.
Acceptable File Formats - jpg, pdf, eps, psd & png.
There will be a small thin, white border around edges of all artwork. No Bleeds
All label orders are processed in the order in which the artwork is received and according to the label processing schedule.
All label orders are shipped within 3 - 7 business days after proper artwork is received.
If proper artwork is not received it will delay processing.
Please call our Graphics Dept @ 1-866-550-0656 to ensure any shipping deadlines! Rush fees may apply.
Proper Artwork must be received within two weeks of order or the order will be cancelled.
Refunds, or exchanges do not apply to label orders as they are considered custom orders.
PMS color matching is not applicable to this process. Label orders that are less than a quantity of 5000 are printed on a digital label printer. If exact PMS color matching is an absolute requirement then this process is not applicable to your project.
Custom special order projects please call for quote.
Orders less than $500 - Artwork will be printed exactly as we receive it. No proof will be provided unless requested. Screen color may vary slightly from print colors.
Orders more than $500 - A label sample label will be sent to you to sign off on before printing begins. This approval acknowledges that the customer accepts full responsibility of the accuracy of the artwork.
