- All returns must be called in @ 866-550-0656 within 10 days of receipt of product for an RMA #.
- Returns received without an authorized RMA #s are not accepted.
- All products MUST be inspected for damage as soon as received.
- Any damages MUST be called in @ 866-550-0656 within five (5) business days of receipt.
- Returned items received that are damaged will not be credited.
- Visual proof of damaged product and packing may be required.
- Issuance of credit or replacement will be at the discretion of Affordable Display Products, Inc.
- All returns are subject to a 25% Restocking, Inspection and Re-boxing fee. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- An RMA # will be issued by a customer service representative.
- Once the RMA # is issued it will be valid for 10 days.
- Products returned after 10 days from the date of issuance, will not be credited.
- A RMA form with the return location will be sent to you via email.
- You must return your product to the location on the RMA form.
- You must clearly write your RMA # on the outside of the return box.
- Your product must be repacked securely to eliminate any potential damage.
- The price for any products that are damaged will be deducted from your refund.
- If the product is not returned within 10 days the RMA # will be voided and the return cancelled. No exceptions!
- Affordable Display Products, Inc. will not be responsible for return shipping charges or any damages.
- All return shipments should be returned with a tracking # to ensure our receipt of returned product.
Custom Orders - Any order that is custom made or imprinted for a customer or to the customer's specifications WILL NOT be refunded since it is a special order and material and labor costs are involved. All customer orders are approved and signed off on by the customer prior to production.
